Lavandula stoechas Otto Quast ~ Spanish Lavender

Lavandula stoechas Otto Quast has these fabulous pale purple rabbit ears and dark purple flowers.  In all other regards the plants grow just like the other Lavandula stoechas cultivars.  They are easy to grow, they stay low, they bloom for a long time from Spring into Summer.  Even longer if you have the inclination to cut off all of the dead flower heads.   Lavandula stoechas has low water needs and is great for the Drought tolerant garden.  Spanish lavender will tolerate temperatures into the low teens or even single digits.
