Geranium cantabrigiensis Biokovo * Mountain Geranium

Mountain Geranium is true to its name and hardy.  The leaves turn red when the weather gets cold.  In our area Geranium cantabrigiensis Biokovo blooms almost all year.  It does its best blooming in the early spring.  The cultivar Biokovo is noted for its pale pink blossoms and bright pink anthers.  Geranium Biokovo plants are successful in almost all soils if given a bit of time to dry out between watering cycles.  They don't do so well in a puddle.
