Arenga
engleri ~ Dwarf Sugar Palm, Formosa Palm |
Arenga engleri is a
slow growing palm. The Dwarf Sugar Palm is a good choice for a small
garden. They typically get to about 10 feet. Arenga engleri is
hardy to the low 20's. In time pups will form around the base.
Arenga engleri is noted for the two tone silver backed leaves and the
hairs around the bottom of the fronds.
