Teucrium marum is one of
the most fragrant herbs I have come across. The Cat Thyme smells
more than a little medicinal. I have yet to test its potency in the
company of cats, so far it has only been grown in dog inhabited
gardens. Teucrium marum grows 8" to a foot tall and spreads a
little more than a foot. Teucrium marum is quite drought
tolerant. Cat Thyme has grown well in a variety of soil types,
though it is unlikely to do well in soggy conditions. Teucrium marum
was not damaged by Winter temperatures in the low teens.
