Sesleria caerulea makes

18" wide. The pale blue-gray undersides of the leaves provide a
striking contrast. The Blue Moor Grass prefers regular water and
rich soils. Sesleria caerulea is hardy to 0 degrees. The Blue
Moor Grass is native to Europe.
