Penstemon grinnellii forms
dense clumps of foliage 12-18" tall and wide the flowers extend to 3
feet. Penstemon grinnellii blooms in the later part of Spring.
Grinnell's Penstemon grows on dry slopes often at higher elevations in the
Coast Ranges. Penstemon grinnellii is a great addition to the
Hummingbird and Butterfly Garden attracting the Checkerspot
Butterflies.
