Mandevilla
'Alice du Pont' |
| Mandevilla Alice Dupont is tender. It
likes its roots
cool and the top warm. A greenhouse would be great but there are plenty of places
that can keep this beauty out of doors, just not my house during the winter. The
blooms are 2" or more across and hot pink. Near the coast the
upper part of the plant will take full
sun, inland a little shade is required. Regardless I plant the
rootball where the ground is shaded.
