Calliandra californica is native to Baja California. The Baja Fairy
Duster requires decent drainage or good drying periods between irrigation
applications. Calliandra california blooms throughout the Summer
with intermittent blooms in Spring and Fall. The Baja Fairy Duster
is Winter hardy down into the mid to high teens.
