Albuca nelsonii is a bulb native to South Africa. The foliage grows to 3 feet, the
flowers to 4 feet or more. Albuca nelsonii will grow in full sun near the coast, but
even there prefers some shade and moderate irrigation to support that tropical foliage.
Albuca nelsonii blooms in the late Spring. Plants are hardy to the mid-20's but better
off in near frost free locations.
