| Cesar is a large rose introduced by
Meilland in 1995. This rose is 5-6 feet tall and growing strong with dark
green substantial leaves. The Cesar Rose will grow as a climber or as
a large sprawling shrub rose. It is part of the Romantica Rose
Collection. The Cesar Rose has been disease resistant and an
enthusiastic grower. |
