Cook's Corner ~ Fig Canape

Fig Canapés 

These fig canapés are great for a party.  They look fancy, but are exceedingly simple to put together.  Simply cut the figs in half, top with a good quality bleu cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  As easy as that, you have a delicious fig canapé!  Just watch out, because they tend to disappear just as quickly as they were made.
